Remodel kitchen, living and dining

This was a full home remodel! Owner wanted soffit out in order to make taller cabinets.

A wall was taken out to make everything open from living room, kitchen and dining. Removed old hardwood (irreparable due to excessive squeaks) and added new subfloor and red oak hardwood, fire place redone, and dimming canned lights installed for a modern effect. 2 months total to complete.
